Abdominal & Thigh Yoga

A yoga session for supple hips, toned legs and a strong butt. You can expect an active session with the focus on your lower body, but the rest of the muscles are not neglected. We’ll stretch muscles that tend to get tight and strengthen the muscles that are often weakened. Our motto for this session: Follow your own pace! There is more to the hip than you thought, have fun on your yoga mat!
