In this video I’m showing you seven different ways to incorporate a yoga block into your practice. Yogibato yoga blocks are super versatile. In quiet yoga sessions, a yoga block can serve as a support for you to better let go and relax. In active practice such as Vinyasa Yoga, the yoga block offers relief – you can use your block as a kind of extension to align yourself better. During meditation the block serves as a base to sit more upright, and thus to breathe better. I wish you a lot of fun trying it out!
