Yoga Balance Flow

This yoga session is simply fun! It will be intense and sweaty, a combination of familiar and new asanas. We’ll focus on strengthening your entire body and endurance. We will train your sense of balance and therefore your steadiness. These flows require a certain amount of concentration to find your balance and master the sequence of movements, so you will also train your mind. When you have mastered this unit, you will feel indescribably light, happy and unbeatable. Have fun with the flows on your yoga mat!
